The JBL Flip 4 is the most user-friendly Bluetooth speaker I’ve used to date. Its no fuss connectivity is what I expect out of a portable wireless speaker. Although I haven’t had it for long, the battery life holds up for a few days with normal on/off use. It was actually shocking to find out just how loud this compact “boom box” is. I connected my phone to it and had the volume around 50% and this thing was shaking my wobbly kitchen table! And the bass on this thing makes everything sound rich and full. Hands down the best tech purchase of the last half of the year. I can’t wait to get a second Flip speaker so I can pair these audio cannons up!

I've owned a flip 4 since the summer, if JBL does one thing right, it is portable speakers. This thing has lasted through a summer beating, firepit drop, and 8 weeks into the fall semester. Let me begin my saying I am not a speaker person but I needed one for when I am listening to music or having a few friends over. This speaker fulfills both roles and is so loud I can even have a party. This speaker has an incredible sound just like a stereo set and is so small that I can carry it anywhere! It is value for money . I actually did go in store and compared it to the Bose Sound Link and this JBL has a much louder volume and is also clearer sound and for the price, you can not go wrong.

I was honestly surprised at how good this bluetooth speaker sounds. One cannot expect a speaker of this size to sound like a $3000 speaker system, but for its size it is remarkable. It produces good bass and good overall sound. To get the full effect, you should use two at a time. Works perfectly for what I needed.

coming from the UE brand speakers this was a nice change, love the sound on these and love how portable it is. battery life seems to be better as well. and better sounding bass as well

My husband got this for me for Christmas because I would always stick my phone in a bowl to amplify it. He has the larger version, but that one is to bassy for me. This one is the perfect size and the sound is great. We looked at the one that was smaller than this but the sound was not great, I'm glad we went with this one. The battery life is good, and I haven't had any issues syncing it with my devices. The larger one can be used like a fuel rod , but this one can not. Not a deal breaker for me, I'll give up the charging for a smaller size speaker. They even sell little cases for it if your like me and always have it in your back pack.

Purchased this speaker for my daughter’s 14th birthday. The product is a great value for the price. The sound is clear even at high volumes and sounds great streaming from a phone or a computer. The added feature of being water proof was great and the choice of choice lots made it a fun gift for a teen.

I gladly purchased the Exceptional JBL Flip 4 Bluetooth Speaker last week. Let me tell you that this speaker is a combination of loud/crisp bass, durability, and portability:) I got mine in Blue as it certainly looks amazing and stunning in person!!! The Waterproof feature is a huge plus as this JBL Speaker is definitely worth every penny spent!!! I bought it from the Best Buy Store as they had it $10 cheaper versus other in-store and online retailers. GREAT Job again JBL as this speaker does excellent and exceptional performance overall! I'm super happy with my purchase! I definitely recommend this speaker to anyone over other brand names in the market!!!

This little thing is perfect for me. The sound surrounds you no matter where you place it. I also love that it’s portable, so I can set it on a cabinet in the bathroom while I shower. One speaker is more than enough for my 1 bedroom apartment but I am considering buying a second one just because.

I love this speaker. The price is just right and the sound quality is amazing and the battery life is great. I take it everywhere and don't have to worry about it getting wet or sand in it.

I love this speaker. I’m constantly playing it my mom brought me one two years ago for Christmas and I in turn brought my boyfriend one. We took it to the beach and the battery life lasted the whole time. I was surprised since we were in direct sunlight which usually kills battery life. The sound quality is great gets very loud and you can pair up to 100 speakers at a time. They come in different watts as well as colors. Definitely would recommend don’t waste your money on the cheaper ones, you get what you pay for sometimes.

This speaker is almost perfect. Small, sound is great, battery life is good. The speaker is kind of wobbly, but great features and sound. Water resistant too!

I have bought several of these JBL Flip 4 speakers the past two years. These things just sound great! Very clear sounding with wide frequency response. Impressive bass from such a small unit. The Bluetooth works well with excellent range. The battery life is quite good. I don't have to charge it often, most likely because I don't play it very loud. The only minor issue is that because it is a cylinder shape, it needs a level surface, otherwise it has a tendency to roll. I've recommended JBL Flip speakers to friends.
