    I really really wanted to like these headphones. They have everything going for them. A great design, cool carrying/charging case, and they're comfortable. I currently own a pair of PowerBeats Wireless 3 and the one thing that bugs me a bit is the cord that connects the two. So i was eager to try out these new JBL headphones. Initially my tests were ok. Using them to wash the car, they worked fine, where I really seem to run into issues is at the gym. The headphones for some reason get interference or some kind of issues because they just will not function correctly at all the at the gym. The left headphone loses signal constantly and has worse skip protection worse than an old cd player. Not really sure where the design flaw is, but its significant. It makes the headphones literally unusable. It was really disappointing for me because I really wanted to like these headphones. I love the fact that you can charge them on the go, and the sound quality when it works is very clear, but the disruption in the signal makes me unable to recommend this product.

    Gave back would not pair. I have iPhone X . Bought Apple air pods pairs every time. Sounds great. Should bought them to begin with. The reason I didn’t because Best Buy salesmen said jbl was better. You know how that turn out. Sometimes you need to look into things. Don’t always beliive Best Buy people.

    Out of the box they were easy to setup. The sound is ok at best. There is very little bass. Calls are very clear and the other person can't tell you are using them. The battery lasts about 4hrs and takes about 1.5hrs to recharge in their case. The case provides about 4 recharges but continuously charges the headphones so you might want to charge the case daily. They come with a 3 different ear pieces and a silicon outer wrap that you can put on them. I did put them on and was a good thing to do as it helped them to stay in my ears during a workout and the various positions I'm in at work. Overall though they are worth purchasing.

    Ear buds kept falling off my ears while working out, and soon they started to fail the sound on right ear. Plus they were not comfortable after 10 minutes of use!!!

    My initial impression of these earbuds was pretty good. The packaging was nice and the case and earbuds looked solid. Very nice and smooth and everything has a nice feel to it. The pairing of them was very simple as most bluetooth devices are. You just hold the button and it goes into pairing mode and I then synced it to my phone. Nothing unusual here. The fit was not very good. I personally found that none of the rubber tips included provided a comfortable fit. I actually had to grab a pair from the many pairs I already own to find one that fit well. I believe it is due to the way the large bulk of the earbud itself is supposed to fit in your outer ear. The included rubber cover for the body of the earbud does help keep it in place as well. The sound is very nice. The sound is very clear and the bass is just right. They don't sound over digitized. I enjoyed listening to music on them. Also, I noticed that video was NOT out of sync with the audio when using these. That is a common issue I have when using bluetooth earbuds. So that was nice. Flashing Lights!! There are too many flashing lights associated with these earbuds! They flash constantly a bright blue light when they are on, I mean constantly. When I use them at night to go to bed, the flashing blue lights light up the room. As of now I do not know if there is any way to disable them. When I am laying in bed the light actually bothers me if it reflects off the wall or some other object. I don't believe this helps the battery life. The case also lights up very bright as it charges the earbuds. I feel this this too is unnecessary. I just think subtle lights are all that is needed for earbuds, why go overboard with such bright lights flashing for every little thing? The battery life is very good, I have not had an issue with them dying on me in the middle of an activity. They will last me at least a day of normal use, with intermittent music. Maybe 3-4 hours of solid constant use. The case also gives them 2-3 more charges. Once in a while the sound fades in or out for no reason. So far it has only happened twice but hopefully doesn't become a constant issue. Overall I really like these headphones but they do leave a little to be desired.

    Decent but with some issues

    I bought these to be a nice, light, portable pair of headphones without worrying about wires getting tangled. The first few times I used them everything seemed pretty nice. Good sound quality for the size, a little lighter on the bass than I would prefer but the convenience of not having something draped around my neck was worth it. Fast forward a few weeks and I'm about to throw these in the trash. While listening to music, the left earphone constantly disconnects and reconnects. The right earphone *usually* doesn't have a problem and will continue to play but there are also times when that one disconnects as well leaving me in silence. I've tried these out with a few different devices, 2 Dell laptops, a Dell desktop, an iMac, and my Samsung S8 and they all seem to give me the same issues leading me to believe that it's the headphones and not the device I'm streaming from. As far as phone calls are concerned, the microphone needs some help. I've tried to take a few calls with these in and I basically have to yell in order for the person on the other end to hear me. I don't really like yelling when I'm trying to talk to someone so I usually end up just taking the headphones out and holding the phone to my ear. Battery life isn't terrible considering there isn't much room to put a battery in there, I get about 3-4 hours of constant music streaming before I get the low battery alert. The charging case will easily recharge these a few times so you can make it through the day, but you will have to charge them for about 30-45 minutes every few hours. Overall I'm fairly disappointed in these headphones since they hold the JBL name, if they were some cheaper off-brand I wouldn't be surprised by these issues but I expect better of JBL. I would not recommend these to anyone at their current price of $150, cut it in half and they *might* be worth the money, but even then I've had better $75 headphones.

    This Bluetooth is not worth the expensive cost. You can barely hear and it dies quickly. The quality is very poor.
