Q: How do you adjust the volume on them
A: Turned the volume down to the lowest setting via phone cause I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the volume on the earbuds themselves and it’s still very loud kind of killing my brain cells at this point also tried holding the left ear phone but it just disconnects from Bluetooth
Q: Why does the left ear bud keep fading in and out...and how do you answer a call when it comes in?
A: These earbuds have a problem with the left earbud cutting out. It seems to happen to a lot of people. To answer a call, just tap the button on the right earbud one time. Press it again to end the call.
A: The individual earbuds are fully charged when all the lights in the case are off. The case is fully charged when all four lights stop blinking while it is plugged in.
Q: How well does it fit in your ear and how is the sound quality compared to high-end headphones?
A: Its all going to be based on your ear. Your ear like your fingerprint are one of a kind. So the fits are based off of average ear sizes. They come with silicone grips that you can use over the entire ear piece as well as 3 silicone tips sizes. I personally love how they stay in my ear, from hiking, car rides, walking, running, and gym use. Quality sound nothing is going to beat an actual plug in. I have a JBL studio wireless as well as studio plug ins and they beat these! I tried on Bose, beats, and sony, and I preferred these over them. JBL to me has always had amazing sound quality and better for the price that you pay for. For $150 your going to get great quality sound. Just pay attention to bluetooth range and frequency if it drops and cuts out then it is under a lot of clothing. I have never had this issue.

A: Return them. That shouldn't happen.

A: No the sound is terrible because the buds don’t synch. The left earbud cuts in and out continually.
