• These earbuds have a problem with the left earbud cutting out. It seems to happen to a lot of people. To answer a call, just tap the button on the right earbud one time. Press it again to end the call.

• I also would love an answer to this! I am returning them today because the call does not work in the left ear and it's quite annoying

• Press the right ear bud. There are problems with the left ear, mine did the same and JBL customer support says to exchange or return it.
