    Poor connectivity

Headphones look really nice and was told they were really good by a best buy employee. However after the first use, they keeped lossing connection. The left ear usually goes out first. Sometimes both ears will go out on you which gets really annoying because you have to set them up again and again. I spend alot of money on these and I am very disappointed with these headphones. The quality also doesn't sound good for the price. I wouldn't recommend buying these at all!!

As many other have said. The left ear piece keeps dropping in and out of connectivity. Can’t even walk the dog for 3 minutes before music is dropped. I received these for Christmas, returned first set and second set are doing the exact same. Super comfy and great concept but they just do not work as supposed to. Am getting full refund tomorrow. Will try another brand.

Am I the only one who bought the jbl endurance peak wireless headphones, and was truly taken aback when the first words in the quick start guide were Slave and Master, how much poorly could something be worded,I’m finding it difficult to believe that they couldn’t come up with a better way to address the right and left earbud.I’m torn between returning this product or making it public.

Call sound only from right ear

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

These headphones are kind of disappointing. The Best Buy individual talked these up and talked about the "great" reviews the product has. The reviews on JBL's site, Amazon and Google are terrible. The biggest complaint I have for these - the call sound only comes through the right ear. This is probably the most frustrating and annoying experience for me for two reasons: I almost always talk on the phone with my left ear, or I use my earbuds in both ears. The sound quality is lacking..... It isn't terrible, but it isn't really that great for JBL. The left ear is also a pain in the butt to sync. The instructions booklet lacks information and troubleshooting. I will be returning these today.

I purchased a pair of these hoping to have a good pair of gym headphones. The connection was so bad I went back and returned them and exchanged them for a new pair. Same problem occurred. The left side cuts out at random times when indoors. Going back and getting AirPods. I liked how they fit in my ear but I couldn’t deal with my music repeatedly getting cut out right when I walked in my gym. The AirPods do not have this problem.

    Left ear cut out constantly

Have to give a one because they simply don't' work. Left ear constantly cuts out and, as I have read in other reviews, this is a very real problem with these headphones. I would not use them for an hour. It's worse than no music/podcast to have one ear cutting out every few seconds. Ties redoing the connection many times, factory reset etc. Maybe they will work for you. I am taking my back right away.

    Worth Zero Stars

This product is garbage, and so is Harman Customer Service. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It does not connect well to your device and the earbuds do not connect to themselves. This product does not work outdoors, and will stop charging for no reason... or arrive not charging at all. If you purchase this product, the company will not stand behind it, even though there are major design defects making it impossible to actually listen to anything for an extended period of time. I first purchased this product a month ago, the ones I purchased did not charge coming out of the store, and with the slight charge I did get it wouldn't connect to my phone. The store I went to was apparently not an Authorized Dealer (how was I supposed to know). They would only exchange for an identical product. Following that exchange, I found issues that are inherent to the design of this product. If there is wind outdoors or you move in a certain direction, the product will disconnect- one earbud from another and from your device. This is a horrible product and the Customer Service is Horrible... Avoid JBL products; they don't back their own merchandise.

I connected them to my galaxy note 8 that went all fine but as soon as I played music they worked 10 seconds then conintusly turned off so I do not recommend dropping that much money on worthless earbuds.

Very difficult syncing phone and ear buds. Left ear bud kept losing connection. Contacted JBL customer service and was told there was not a detailed owners manual. Service rep was very rude!

JBL-Free earbuds, should be free. Does not work.

I was so excited to finally get a quality pair of ear buds and was soon disappointed. On calls, work calls at that, the person on the other line kept saying that they couldn’t hear me, that I sounded far away. I thought over and over that it must be me and ultimately concluded that it was the earbuds. I also found that the left earbud didn’t work. By the time I had time to address the issue, it was past the time to return the buds. So now I have earbuds that don’t work and have wasted my money. I do not recommend this product.

    Bad sound, broken left earbud.

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The left earbud always emits a quiet ringing or ticking sound, whether it’s connected to anything or not. Overall, these earbuds don’t have excellent sound quality, and the ringing drives me crazy and I can’t get rid of it. They’re also rather large and fall out of my ears no matter what size I use with them. Will be returning these soon. Definitely not worth the cost.

Great case design, sound was ok, but I could not deal with the persistant dropping of the left ear signal - very annoying. I had read that others had this problem also, but I thought it might not be that big of a deal. Well - it was. Traded these in for another brand.
