I was skeptical at first, buying true wireless headphones for $60, but these definitely surprised me. The bass is great and the sound doesn't distort as you raise the volume. They are pretty discreet too cause they are small, just be careful you don't lose them!

Very Loud, comfortable and simple...using it only to workout

The JBL Free True Wireless headphones had me very excited. I've tried a competitors version and it left something to be desired. I had hoped that that "something" would be these. Unfortunately, there seem to be some critical issues that need to be fixed. Maybe this was a rush for the holiday shopping season, but it needs to be fixed. First, the good. I love the design and small fit of the ear buds. The blue accent ring really adds a nice touch. Blue is also my favorite color. These come with three silicone tips that can be swapped out to find the right fit. I didn't have any issue and did a solid hour workout in the gym and didn't find myself worrying that they would come out. They also come with a nice charging case which is also stylishly designed with lights on the outside to indicate charging level. I would've preferred a bit smaller charging case, but that is minor. Battery life is excellent and should provide more than enough (approx 4 hours) for your workout. When done, pop them back in the charging case and you can get around 5 more full charges out of them before the case itself needs to be recharged. Now for the average and bad... The sound is just so-so. I didn't expect a truly amazing experience given these are in such a small package, but had hoped for better base and tone. As others have mention, I found the sound a bit 'tinny.' Unfortunately, the main problem I noticed with this headset is that the right and left earbuds have pairing issues. I never had an issue pairing with my phone, but the left earbud kept losing connection. This made the entire experience unenjoyable and it kept happening. Troubleshooting didn't resolve so this is maybe a hardware issue. In all, I can't recommend these until this issue is fixed. Once fixed, they'd be a solid wireless earbud option even though I think they are a bit overpriced for the sound provided.

These earbuds provide a good fit (for me), are very comfortable, and have nice sound isolation. I’m able to wear them walking or running without any problems. The tap controls are also easy to use. Battery and charging times are acceptable and, as with similar products, the charging case is needed if you wear these for longer periods of time. Taking calls worked well - for calls sound will only come out of the right earbud. Sound quality is good, for the category, but the real problem is connection between the earbuds. Upon first pairing with my phone (and following the instructions), it took several attempts to connect the left earbud. I was able to listen to music for about an hour and everything was fine. The next day, the earbuds connected, but listening to music throughout the day resulted in the left earbud randomly disconnecting. It only disconnected for a second or less, and would always reconnect. For me, the fit is great and these are comfortable to wear all day. But the disconnect of the left earbud is an issue. I had another brand of similar earbuds that also had connection issues. They issued a firmware update that corrected the problem, so hopefully JBL can do the same. Until then, it might be best to wait or look at other options.

I've had these for 2 years and they worked great! The quality of the sound was good and it cancelled out the sounds around me when I spoke on the phone So the person on the other end was able to hear me well.

They cost too much not to be louder and have enough finctions to control volume and noise quality.

Did not fit or stay in the ear. Had a difficult time trying to pair them to my Android phone

while wearing and listening to music, I placed my phone in my back pocket and it looses reception intermittently.

Bought them to wear while cutting grass and running a weed eater. Sound is ok . Absolutely impossible too keep both playing at the same time . Used every combination.. no luck . Gave them to my friend..... he gave them back .. same problem. JBL said it was my ears . No refund

These Are By Far The Worst Pair Of Headphones EVER!!! They Cut Out Every 2 Seconds... I Have Read And Tried Everything There Is And Still Nothing Works!!! Only Thing That Explains It Is Terrible Development, Can’t Believe A Company So Highly Spoke Of Would Release This Garbage!!!

I liked these head phones. They were the loudest and most comfortable and cheapest ones. I tried all different ones from best buy at the time.

I absolutely love my earbuds very convenient for talking as well as listening to music!!! And the actual case holds a great charge that will do a quick charge while you’re on the go.

I am very happy with my purchase. It was very easy to pair up. The sound quality it very good. You have to occasionally push the ear piece fully in but that is the only downfall.

I have tried almost every type of reasonably priced ear buds for phone and music. These have been the best that I have found. Great sound and great with one earbud for phone.
