Headphones didn't even last a year.

I was looking for some reasonably priced wireless earbuds and I thought these would work well. I like the fact that these buds instantly pair to your phone and the volume is reasonable. I only listen to talk radio so having bass is not an issue for me; if you are an audiophile I would look elsewhere. These headphones have a bad habit of unpairing themselves so I found myself having to re-pair several times throughout the day. The volume for voice calls isn't all that great and the durability of the phones is not great at all. These buds do not sit well inside the ear so you have to be careful they do not fall out; after multiple drops my right bud broke. I do not recommend buying these buds and would look at getting a more expensive pair, such as the Beats buds or those from Bose.

Good sound quality, but these are not the best fit for my ears. Very hard feel and uncomfortable, issues staying paired to device, and controlling volume on a call. BOTTOM LINE VERY DISSATISFIED...

I took them back because of pairing issues. The Sound quality was ok a 7 of 10 but the fact I couldn’t pair them once it unpaired by itself, I returned them in trying out the more expensive Sony ones now

They sounded great when they worked, but after about 3 weeks, the right bud would no longer pair which made them stop working. Returned to the store and exchanged for a different brand.

Horrible! These earbuds are very poorly designed. They don't fit in your ear good and are hard to pair with devices. The left earbud would never pair correctly and after one month, they easily broke and I had to call the manufacturer to resend a new pair. The left earbud never worked, even on the new pair. I do not recommend. Do not waste your money. The sound quality was lackluster as well.

The sound is very tinny and has no bass response. I had some difficulty in pairing. The right one would pair but had difficulty with the left. I had to go on You Tube to find a solution.

They don't fit very well even after switching the size of the ear buds. Be careful you may lose one. Also, the left one won't pair with the right one easily. I have been using the right one only and I really don't use the wireless headphones as much as I would like to because of these problems. You may want to spend more money to get a better wireless experience.

Pain to sync .& have BOTH sides working. After pairing on my phone .& PC, I’d turn one off .& test it on the other. The left side doesn’t work. Had to re-sync it for it to work. On calls, only one side works. Thought that was normal (due to driving) I bought another brand .& both sides worked. Final straw? Both sides worked while I listened to YouTube on my phone. Due to inactivity, it shut off. Which is fine .& expected. When I turned it back on .& went back to my phone, only one side worked again. I shouldn’t be syncing both buds on every device every time. I bought this because of the JBL name Not recommended. Too much trouble

I bought these headphones mainly to use with my phone, which has a poor quality speaker. Unfortunately I never got to use them because they would not pair with my phone, nor my laptop. I followed the instructions to the letter but they would not pair. Eventually I had to give up and return them. Adding insult to injury, upon return my local Best Buy no longer had them in stock. I ended up paying more to buy a Jabra set.

These things were great at first. After a few uses they don’t hold a charge and now are not even pairing with my iPhone. I can’t even get the right ear bud to turn on. I have had these less the 3 months but I am out of my return window of course. Really disappointed with the amount of money I spent. Let’s see if JBL or Best Buy stand by there product.
