The Bass crackles and becomes distorted. Never had this happen with my old 660s. The speakers in my old ones are still amazing, but the headset itself is getting loose after 5 years.

It falls off and pauses playing every time you move, which while training can be very annoying. At first the sound was clear, but after 4 months its mostly static and back noise. Having Geek Squad is a good investment because what you purchase ahs a 2 year warranty. What's good about this product, battery life is pretty good. With that said, this garbage is going back to the store and being replaced with wireless earbuds at half the cost.
