However, you cannot charge them and use them at the same time, and they always cause issues when trying to connect to my pc. Hard pass if you just want to bluetooth connect these to your pc and use them.

It was so bad that I eventually had to break the headphones to get the headphones free the last time it happened. Personally I wouldn't order these again.

Bare lasted a year

Press and hold the volume - and volume + buttons for more than 5 seconds to reset the headphones. You could also check your source if there is an EQ balance control that can be adjusted. The motion detection to stop/start music is WAY WAY too sensitive. It will randomly stop music for no reason. The noise canceling aspect is bad too, not sure why they are even marketed as such. Skip this pair of headphones.
