Decent sound. The unit to me feels kind of cheap hence the 4 star overall. Ease of use is a 5. Being JBL I guess I expected a little better quality feel. For what I paid $50 very happy but original price was like $150 don’t feel it would have been worth that price.

I had some issues at first with them being set to PC mode accidentally while plugging in the dongle. But it’s working fine now that I haven’t had to unplug it. Sound is great, mic picks me up well enough. Better than my pair of Steelseeries Arctic 9x. No disconnects and directional sound works.
Don’t Expect Simultaneous Game and Bluetooth Audio

Almost deceptively glosses over the fact you CANNOT have two simultaneous streams of audio playing at one time. I have used A50x’s, Turtle Beach 600’s, and Steel Series Novas with the ability to be able to hear your game and talk to your friends on party chat, while also listening to TikTok’s and music from your phone. I thought this would be a cheaper headset to have that feature, but it doesn’t. It can be connected to two devices at a time, but you have to manually switch between the two modes. A real disappointment that could’ve been a great all around headset for the price.
The quality is okay, but the earcups and general all plastic build make the headset almost feel like you just bought it at a Five Below. It almost has no weight to the headset, which may be a pro to some people, but I like to feel the weight of me dropping 200$ on a product.
