Unboxing was a treat, has their own headset bag, when done using. Also, the tray that they lay in feels like you can keep the box to store them. Braided cables, the microphone is awesome, ear cuffs top notch, details make the difference. I'd put them up there with my Beats headset. If you enjoy your session, then a good gaming headset is a must!

And today the mute button, raise to mute simply quit working---and I found out that it quit working while on the headset with a customer --this is not good. The headset is also very heavy. Best Buy has sd I have to go through JBL for a replacement. Guess I will see how that goes.

It at first, wouldn't connect to the dongle. Then, after finally getting it to connect, the sound was very tinny. My friend suggested checking for an app. I saw nothing in the instructions about an app but after searching Google play i found an app for quantum jbl headsets. Downloaded and paired it to my phone. The app would show the headset then it would disappear. After 15 minutes the app would not pair. I joined a chat party and they couldn't hear me at all. The light on the mic had went out. Aggravated, i reboxed the headset and returned it.

Also the noise cancellation feature, when turned on, creates extreme static. It started 7 days after tue return policy ended. I would suggest purchasing the warranty if you want to be able to use these for longer than 1 month.
