3 months in and the right earbud is not working

Fit great, and worked well until about 2 weeks ago where the right ear bud is 50-60% quieter than the left earbud. Tried factory reset, unpairing and re-pairing the ear buds to several different devices to no avail.

I need buds that fit during activity... fitment on these are 50/50. Gotta fiddle with them and twist and push and maneuver to get them in just right. Then you are plagued with multiple dropped connections. These buds cant even get me through one podcast or a playlist without multiple dropped connections. ANNOYING. Beyond frustrated with these. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have had JBL products befoe that worked well, this really missed the mark.
