Q: My wife has a hard time finding ear buds that fit in her small ear canals. Will these work for her? All the ones we have tried come with 3 sizes of canal silicon's and the smallest ones are even to big.

A: Absolutely not,because i have the same issue and these headphones did not solve the problem. However, the Samsung earbuds that come with the wingtip did work great for me; but theyre not sold in store anymore. I think theyre the buds plus

Q: Do these wirelessly charge?

A: No.

Q: Can these be used for swimming.

A: Our JBL Reflect Mini TWS NC has a rating of IPX7 which means that it is waterproof but it is not recommended for swimming since Bluetooth signal doesn't pass through water. We suggest the JBL Endurance Dive for swimming activities as it has an MP3 Function where you can copy music files into it.

Q: I bought these earbuds approximately 11 months ago. And I really like them! But about a month ago, I couldn't get the earbuds to take a charge. The case would charge but the buds would not. Can you help?

A: There is a tap and hold sequence for the bud, I think its tap twice( could be tap four times and hold) and hold on the second tap till the bud resets. Rest the case with the buds in it by holding the button on the case for like 6 seconds.

Q: Is the charging case water proof! I lost atleast 4 pair because of washer?

A: I don't believe they are waterproof

Q: Less than 2 months and my right earbud lost volume for about 50%, i read online that many customers experienced the same issue. What can we do ? can we return the product ?
