When I'm using my Mac Book it seems to work fine, but will not switch to phone. The reset button has minimal success in reestablishing the connection. I've never had such problems with other earbuds.

You may try to manually connect the earbuds to the source device by tapping a holding the touch control button for 5 secs. This will put the earbuds in pairing mode. More than i was expecting

I had no issue with fit or the size of it and the customization is reallt something else. Blown away. I prefer these to the Apple ones. More comfortable and better sound.

Solid but could have been better

Battery is alright but it does drain the batter faster than my Samsungs pro. Sound is good. Loud enough to cover or overlap the sounds around you. Sound quality is alright. Compare to other models it gets the job done but if you prefer superior quality this are not the best option. They are cheap for what they do so it makes sense. They DO stay in and NOT fall out every 2 mins like with my Samsungs pro. Happy with my purchase n i do recommend them if u just want something that will work just fine for the gym or a good run without worrying about the sweat or falling out of your ears.

Excited they are JBL and had good expectations based on their other products. Unfortunately the sound is a let down because no matter what size tips I use I cannot get it to seal in my ear to produce the sound they should. If I press them in and hold the sound is great, but I am not going to walk around holding my ear buds in that are designed to sit that way naturally.
