The right side was completely not working not connecting and not charging. Wouldnt recommend.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Mini TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Once done, your earbuds should automatically be in pairing mode once you open the charging case. Solid set of earbuds

You can use either earbud independently which is a great feature many earbuds dont have. The case is durable and yhe wrist strap helps to not drop the case so much. The deal of the day for $40 made this a winner.

She absolutely loves them because they sound great and because of the waterproof component of them!! She says that you can hear the high and low sounds very balanced and it’s not to over powering either way!!! Great job JBL WITH THIS HEADSET!!

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. We recommend using the Ear Fin Stabilizers and selecting from the various ear tips for your JBL Reflect Mini NC. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.

I was told that while i sounded better on these than my airpods, they picked up more background noise. Eh, decent trade off. They also stay connected sometimes when i dont want them to, but that hasn’t happened often.

I brought it on black Friday for only $39.99 plus taxes.The retail price is $149.00 and I will not pays full price for these type of ears bud.Overall the sound is okay but not great .You all should wait for sale and don’t pays full price for it.

I charge the case approx every 2 days. When charging the buds make sure they are placed properly, or you will have dead buds. When working out they do slip a little but overall, a good product

Other earbuds consistently fell out of my ears. These fit snugly and don’t budge. JBL app offers great control over sound

I don’t have the right ear type for these ones. Even with the silicone adapters, They didn’t stay in my ear for more than a second.

The only problem is sometimes when I watch a funny video or listen to something funny and laugh, they pop out occasionally.

They kept falling out until I changed to the smaller size. At times, they are in my ears, and I can not get them to turn back on until I return them to the chager, even though they are already fully charged. I may be doing something wrong.
