And after owning them for over a year, the battery life of them and the case is poor; barely lasts two hours of listening to music. Even when in the case for 24 hours the earbuds sometimes won't charge fully. Don't waste your money.

Please know that it's possible that the battery of your JBL Reflect Mini NC is losing its capacity. Volume and usage can affect the battery's life. In addition, please know that the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime. Please contact us for further assistance.

Brand new purchase right out of box - Can't charge

When looking at other reviews I saw that this is an issue for many other users. I literally just bought these today and it doesn't charge. I've made sure the earbud is touching the charging dots and I've made sure it was clean. Not being able to charge wireless headphones defeats their purpose.
