If your Bluetooth on the source device is not powered on, go to your Bluetooth settings and turn it on. It should automatically reconnect. Otherwise, manually connect the source device to the product by selecting the product from your Bluetooth list. If the issue remains, try to refresh the pairing by unpairing your unit and rebooting your source device before pairing it again. Noise cancels awesome. At my own use, i only put in 1 earbud to expand usage instead of needing to buy 2 sets, sense i play video games for longer sessions
