Earbuds work great! Only gave 4 stars for the charging case. Had an issue where the light would stay on and just drain the battery in my pocket. However the problem seemed to resolve itself after time. Hope the problem stays gone

They didn’t work and I returned them. I bought another pair and they are just as bad. They don’t connect, only one works.

I have Airpod 2nd gen, Airpod pros, Galaxy buds2, galaxy buds pro2, Jlab buds, under armor buds and others. I bought these on a deal of the day for $39.99 and still returned them. The JBL app is terrible, which only reinforces my belief that if your pairing headphones with a phone, get the buds from the same manufacturer as your phone. The active noise cancelling (ACN) was a joke. It the sound quality was sub par. I couldn't imagine how upset someone paying MSRP for these would be. Please avoid.

All around great. Its just my right earbud dies faster than my left;only by minutes. The noise cancelling features and being able to switch into hearing surrounding area is great.

I got these for $40 on black Friday and it is the best Earbuds ever!!! The app is also awesome. Everyone should get one when they go on sale!

I got this on a discount. You dont have to break the Bank to get a Flagship set. JBL makes very good pieces and I am happy with this One.

They sound alright once you get them into your ears. Not sure if I have small ears or these are just huge. Do not have this problem with other ear buds. Day one, one of them fell out of my ear into drywall mud.

EXCELLENT SOUND. I USE THEM TO WORKOUT. I HAVE ONLY USED THEM THIS LAST WEEK , LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE HOW THEY HOLD UP OUTSIDE ON a run.

Great product. The button controls are hard to remember since touching each one does different things. I like being able to wear just one. I have small ears, and these are still a little tight on the smallest settings.

For people looking for a good, affordable In-Ear Earbuds, this JBL a nice choice, they are very good to listen to your favorite music.

Works very well. Except for when on the phone, the other people say it picks up some background noise on my end but can harsly hear me some times.

For $60, these are not a good value. I am 4 months in and the left bud is starting to have issues. They aren't that great at noise cancelling, just overall seem like very cheap earbuds, don't stay in the ears that great. I bought other earbuds for $50 that blow these away. Seeing the $149 price on this is just ludicrous. I honestly pity anyone that spends anything near that. Wow.

I loved the look and sound quality. However, I have one ear smaller than the other and it would not hold. Sadly, I had to return this for fear of losing that ear bud.

Bought two pairs but they were defective! One of the pods wouldn’t not connect. The company exchanged them for me and have not tried the new ones yet.

They do not fit well into the ear. Fall out easily. I havr tried the different size ear molds. They say they are noise canceling. But they are not at all. I bought them for on airliners. I have them full blast and barely here music or movies. Very frustrated. The reviews gor this product were very high. Not sure why.

I have a few pair of expensive headphone and i really wanted a pair that i could wear to the gym. This are perfect for that

Great earbuds. Love the sound it gives off they are amazing for the price you are paying . If you buy the jbl earbuds be sure to get the accidental geek squad protection plan.
