The sound quality is only good when the earbuds are in your ears perfect, which is chore to achieve and maintain. The key is that they start to pop out of my ears after a period of time, which is pain to reset, then after a while my ears get sore. It may be that these "true wireless" earbuds are just not for me...

Great sound, but the control app stinks

But, the main reason I was excited to get them is NOT working: noise cancellation. The JBL Headphones app is required to set up & turn on NC, but it does not work well on my iPhone SE. I have wasted several hours chatting/emailing JBL for a solution. I am very frustrated...
