These earbuds come with a choice of 3 sizes of ear tips (S, M, or L) and 3 x Sizes of Earfin Stabilizers. You may choose the right size for your ears so that they will stay in your ears and not fall out. We recommend changing the ear tips to help with the physical fit of the unit as it comes with 3 sizes of ear tips and 3 sizes of earfin stabilizers to ensure a good fit.
