Best buy wouldnt replace it so i had to contact JBL and send it to them. They dont have the color i ordered in stock as a replacement either. Had to settle for black. They sound alright but my skull candys are almost as good as these.

There was no way to adjust them like the Powerbeats Pro so I ended up taking these back. I would have liked to keep them because of how small the case is and it fits great in my pocket but I couldn't justify keeping them with how bad they hurt my ears.

No way to turn it off or on without placing it in the recharging case. Constantly, inadvertently calling people just by adjusting them in my ears. Save yourselves the trouble and buy a brand that actually does some work on their user interface.

I looked up how to connect and read the instructios overs and over. Im waiting for a new pair. The good thing is Best Buy exchanged it and reordered me a new pair. Hopefully it connects when i get the new pair.

Won’t charge the right ear bud

Keep trying to adjust it and make sure it’s in properly but highly disappointed for 150.00 bucks. Sound quality is pretty good but other than that I could of got better buds for half the price.

Posted .We're sorry to hear that the right ear bud of your JBL Reflect Mini NC stopped working. It is not uncommon to have charging problems with True Wireless headphones. You may encounter that charging stops, does not start at all or that one of the ear buds suddenly switches on and begins the pairing process. This is almost always caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These contacts are vulnerable because they can easily be contaminated by sweat, skin grease, or ear wax. They are usually gold plated, but gold plating does not prevent surface dirt.
If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case.
You will need: cotton cloth or makeup swab, cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with eraser for further cleaning.
