I personally am having an issue with them staying in my ear, I’ve tried using smaller and larger wings and cushions. Still same issue. Also each headphone charges and loses battery separately. Annoying when one dies before the other.

If not, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. It is not responsive but the sounds is not that crisp and bass depth.
