Its kind of annoying. It just has a sound that goes off every few minutes. Not sure if you can take that feature off.

You have to press these into your ears to get a good seal but contacts scratch. No voice prompts just tones so never sure what mode your in. Hard pass on these.

I tried literally everything the internet and JBLs site told me to do. Disappointed and we're returned.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. For us to isolate the issue with your Reflect Mini NC TWS, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published playtime, the battery is working fine. If you're experiencing a dropping-out connection issue, try to use a different source device to fix the issue. If the issue remains, you can try to reset your JBL Reflect Mini NC. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 2 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. To further assist you, you may contact our customer support at (800) 336-4525 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET).

We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Perform a reset, to do this, double-tap on the right earbud. Then, on the third tap, press and hold the earbuds for more than five seconds (until the unit shuts off). Please make sure that both earbuds are out of the charging case before doing so. It's necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair again. If you need more help with your unit, please contact our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline.

But after doing my due diligence and researching at least a dozen comparable products, I ultimately decided to go with these. I can honestly say after a month of regular use, these earbuds are mediocre at best. I’d be very curious to hear what a $300 pair of Bose would sound like, but that is a major financial commitment that I probably wouldn’t make. Full size, closed-back proper design headphones is the ONLY way to go for an audiophile purist like myself.

Left earbud doesn’t work

I took it back to Bestbuy for an even exchange but was told No. i bought it for a lower price so if i wanted the even exchnage i wiuld need to pay the difference. I think thats complete BS. Its not my fault its jot working. All i want is an even exchange nothing more. Bad service on Bestbuy’s part.

Useless noise-cancelling function
