These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue persist, please reach out to our Customer Support for assistance.

Posted .Thanks for taking the time in providing your feedback with our JBL Reflect Mini Wireless NC. We would recommend trying the different sizes of earbuds to achieve the desired fit with your ears. This model comes with 3 sizes of eartips which you could use interchangeably (S, M, L).
