The way they sit inside your ears, hurts after 20 min. They keep falling from time to time no mather how i position them. They have some what of a static noice it comes and goes but it’s annoying  when it happens.

You'll need to download the JBL headphone app to load EQ settings, which improves the stock sound greatly. Stabilizer fins help keep them in my ears while working out.

Unfortunately, I don't like the fit, they are very uncomfortable. The sound is less than desirable. The battery life is awful. They don't last throughout my work day. Looks like I will be buying a different pair.

Our JBL Reflect Mini NC should have 7 hours of playtime (depending on the music content and volume level) and additional 14 hours with the charging case. If the unit doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid volume level, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. If the problem persists, please contact us, so we can assist you in checking your warranty.

I tried every variation that came with this JBL set but nothing worked. I’m sticking with my airpods! Plus it seems the battery life goes by fast.

Best Buy took them back and recommend Best Buy yet not recommending JBS ear buds. They didn’t want to replace them so buyers beware.

Within weeks the moisture and sweat from my ear ruined the right earbub, and the left sounds muffled. Save your money and get bose or apple airpods. Waste of money!

After buying Bose, 2 sets of Beats, Samsung, AfterShokz and Jaybirds, these are hands down, the best. They fit great, they sound great and are easy to control. Overall, definitely worth the buy, especially with the sale price of 49.99. The tips and wings took a few times changing to find the right fit but after that they worked perfectly. They don't fall out at all. The app is also very simple to use.
