Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good sound and people can actually hear you on the mic, but the auto connection likes to act up at the MOST INOPPORTUNE TIMES CAUSING YOU TO HAVE TO DO A HARD RESET, AND THE SYSTEM RARELY MAKES REPAIRING EASY LIKE THEIR GUIDES. I have had to do the double tap BS every time and it took a while to get the accepted rhythm down.

Solid Product For New Customers

It can literally be nerve recking trying to find the right pair as there are so many options on the market. I'm glad to say that JBL checked off all boxes on my checklist. From quality to comfortability and ease of use this brand definitely was worth the buy for the price point. I also might add that I caught these on sale for Black Friday so there is a difference in price point.

I have tried Beats, didn't have full sound, Tried these and spent a while playing with the app. I was not able to get clear/crisp sound with full base as I get with my Bose Soundsport headphones that are 4 years old. Hoping to get something wireless that could compare, but these fell short. You can't get crisp highs and base at the same time. If adjusted one way or the other, the midrange becomes too high and they sound awful. Turning off the app is not an option, as they sound like a 10.00 ear buds. Returning them, will have to step up to the 200.00 Bose to get the sound I'm accustomed to

Horrible headphones!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They constantly disconnect from my phone randomly and sometimes when I put the earbud in my ear it's still reading as in the case so it won't play until I put it back in the case and take it back out. They also are extremely uncomfortable and they hurt my ears no matter what size rubber piece I put on. I have normal size and shaped ears but after about 30 min my ears are so sore and it's not worth it. They also do not stay in place when you are jumping, running or any high impact exercise. The sound quality is good, but it is not worth all the pain and hassle. They are going back to the store tonight!

Not worth it - don't buy

They are incredibly dumb, won't pause when I take them out or hit the pause button. They even keep playing when I put them into the charging case. This all causes them to always be out of battery. Not a fan at all. The only upside is that they stay in my ears while I run.

If the earbuds remain connected while the charging case is closed, please check if the earbuds are securely seated in the metallic charging pins. See if there's any damage on the metallic charging pins or clean them with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol if there's any debris that prevents the earbuds from sitting inside. Gently scrub each contact surface and use a soft cloth to remove any residue, then make sure that the earbuds are completely dry before attempting to insert the earbuds inside the case. If the issue continues, please reach out to our customer support for more help with your JBL Reflect Mini NC.

Adjustable sound quality helps improve style of music or video playing. Easy to connect from the start.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.these headphones are the bane of my existence. they fall out of my ears no matter what size tip, they stop playing music if you move your head (what exercise do you not move your head in….), they stay connected to your phone even after you put them in the case, and overall they are a mess. the battery life is good and the sound quality is ok but i cannot stress enough how bad of a purchase these were.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If the JBL Reflect Mini NC is still connected to your device even though the earbuds were in their charging case, try to reset your earbuds. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 2 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.
