not good earbuds for exercise
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.sound quality is pretty good, But the worst part about these is they constantly fall out of my ears. i got them for exercising and they constantly would fall out during my workouts. sometimes even just minor movement would cause them to fall out. it was incredibly annoying, eventually one earbud stopped working due to sweat. for exercise earbuds they should be semi waterproof

Posted .We're here to help. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with your JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Our JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS has an IP rating of IP67 which means that it is water resistant. Please make sure the unit is dry before charging. Which is frustrating, I tried using and alternating between all 3 sizes for the buds and nothing worked. So I tried giving my ears some time to adjust to them but still nothing they seemed to be too big for my ears. However the sound is really good; not surprising for jbl. But I also experienced issues with charging. The earbuds didnt last as long as it claimed to in the description. If the case didnt have any charge and the earbuds did, they would lose their charge even if you stored them inside the case, which is supposed to turn them off. It was a very underwhelming purchase, I was expecting beats quality, seeing JBL makes such good speakers, but I guess not this product. The only reason I gave this a 3 star and not a 2, is because of the sound quality.

First, had significant challenges getting it to sync with my tech. Overcame that via trial and error after their chat site was no help. Now I have constant charging issues. If I do not have the case plugged in, it will be dead after a day or two. I also have problems that the right bud dies after less than 20 minutes of use. I have other JBL products that I love and was why I selected them. While I got a good deal, this is very dissapointing.

In addition, please know that the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime. The sound quality is second to none, absolutely amazing, and when you adjust the EQ settings, it gets even better. These earbuds stay firmly in your ear even if you workout, although they can be slightly uncomfortable if you keep them in too long. I would recommend this product to anyone, especially to those that are mainly focused on sound quality, these beat every other ear bud out there in that regard.

You can barely hear on left side. Same thing happened on the right side after 6 months use. Battery doesn't last long anymore neither in the case. First impression when i got it was really good but after months of use is just crap DON'T BUY IT

Assuming that both earpieces are properly positioned in your ears, as with all in-ear headphones, they can be susceptible to a build-up of dust and earwax. This can cause low volume on one or both ear tips or balance issues. To reduce the likelihood of these issues occurring, it is a good idea to periodically clean your ear tips. Clean the ear tips by removing dust and wax using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. If the issue persists, please contact JBL Customer Support.
