    bought these for my son's birthday end of November, and they worked well for a month and now the right earpiece isn't working. very disappointed.

      We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. To reconnect the left and the right earbuds, press the button beside the charging port twice.     Had about 6 months, sound quality is good but the firmware is terrible. Constant connection problems, sound from one side but not the other.

    Wouldnt even connect properly to my phone. Had to disconnect and reconnect my Bluetooth in order to connect 80%of the time

      We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Reflect Mini NC. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue. Please make sure that the headphones and device are within 10 feet from each other and with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). You may also try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 2 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    Junk Buds

    These are junk. That is why they are on sale. The right bud quit working after 2 months and I only use them about 6 hours a week.

    The battery doesn't last long maybe 3hrs. especially the left ear 2 1/2 hrs. if I'm lucky!

      Thanks for your feedback. For us to isolate the issue with your Reflect Mini TWS, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume.     Hard to fit

    I had a very hard time getting them to fit either side. Tried all the provided ear and earwing pieces. Sound quality without a good fit was hard to acess but what i could hear was not close to my expectations and experience. Same with noise reduction, worthless with a proper fit.

    Makes Me Sad

    When they work...which is not very often, they work well. However, many of the same issues that others are having I am also experiencing. The biggest disappointments I have experienced are that they do not keep a charge long if they charge at all. It indicates they are fully charged and then die within minutes, falling out of my ears, and the right one malfunctions all the time.
