Nice sound, bad connectivity

After having it hooked up and watching my first movie and football game, I packaged it back up and returned it. The sound was muffled and voices were hard to understand. The bass was very good but without a clear, crisp voice, that was worthless. I probably would not have left it hooked up even if it were free.

Not sure I would do it again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall I would say that the sound bar and base unit produces good sound but the instructions for setting it up were disappointing at best. Diagrams without proper written descriptions. I followed the diagrams but no sound. I finally figured out that it was necessary to press the Optical button on the remote to "activate" the fiber connection. Also, the system loses connectivity easily and I've had to reprogram my regular remote several times. At least that step is well documented but I shouldn't have to do it over and over again.

Good soundbar, bad subwoofer
