I regularly leave my phone at my work desk and have to go basically outside of the building (Big warehouse I don't recall the actual size) to lose reception. I have no complaints, has a good variety of bud sizes so that they will stay in your ears.

Barely any bass is being produced. 2. Constant fidling with trying to get the perfect fit. 3. Noise canceling isnt that great. My final thoughts are if you want these types of earbuds spend the extra money and get the JBL tune 230nc there the same type but they fit better and they seem to have better sound/ANC quality. Price at the time of reviewing is $79.99 $20.00 off the original $99.99
