A: Our JBL Tune 130NC can be used individually while the other earphone is charging in it's case.
A: Our JBL Tune 130NC TWS comes with a choice of 3 sizes of eartips (S, M, or L). You may choose the right size for your ears so that they will stay in your ears and not fall out during your workout. The charging time is 2 hours (from empty) and the battery life is 40 hours, delivering JBL's Pure Bass Sound. It has a frequency response that can go down to 20 Hz and a dynamic drive size of 5.8mm, allowing you to experience its Pure Bass Sound feature for every music track.
A: You can use our JBL Tune 130TWS while you're on an airplane.
Q: If they are stolen with case, can they be gps tracked?
A: Our JBL Tune 130NC TWS doesn't have a GPS to track it if stolen. It only has a Find My Earbuds feature on the JBL Headphones App, where you could send a beeping sound to the earbuds to locate it while they're connected to Bluetooth in case they got lost/misplaced within the vicinity.
A: Our JBL Tune 130NC has a Bluetooth range of 10 - 15 meters, with no large objects blocking the line of sight. A distance farther than that would pose signal deterioration.
Q: Can they connect to my ps4, ps5 , Xbox , Nintendo switch?
A: Our JBL Tune 130NC TWS is compatible to be used with devices that have Bluetooth capabilities like phones, tablets, and laptops. It isn't recommended to be used with gaming consoles as you may experience audio-video delays. We would recommend our JBL Quantum series of Headphones instead.
