perfect what I was looking for what I like is the clear sound

I was very underwhelmed at the sound versus the price. Great build quality. Sound is crisp but in order to get good bass response you need it near a wall or corner. Decent bluetooth range. Battery life is exceptional for it's size. If I could do it over, I would save the extra $100 and get the boombox or buy two cheaper speakers and at least have stereo sound.

It's a JBL, so you're getting decent quality, but considering the price and the competition, there are better options out there! Not to mention the app lacking EQ options. Honestly, the app is worthless IMO. I purchased this and the Sony XG300 and we kept the XG300. Side by side, the JBL sounded better out of the box, but after adjusting the low, medium and high sliders in the Sony app, I had them sounding identical. Difference is, the Sony's bass increased relative to the total volume as opposed to topping out at 70% like the JBL. And all this at a lower price. JBL, do better!
