    Not sure the price tag is worth the sound it puts out but it does sound good but it really doesn't get loud.

If there is no light even plugged in please try a different cable or try charging it into a different power outlet. You can also try charging the speaker overnight or for at least 8 hours. To add, this unit comes with a JBL strap. For further assistance, please contact our customer support. JBL

    My Potable Bluetooth Speaker

    Everybody Always ask me where I bought it, how much it cost, and they ALWAYS say how GOOD IT SOUNDS. This is a really good portable Bluetooth speaker I definitely recommend it. The range is flawless.

    Speaker easy to use , great size just not as loud as I thought it would be for size. That’s my only disappointment.

    I have been a big fan of JBL for many years but am very disappointed with the Xtreme 3. I have had it for a little over a year and only used it sparingly given the fact that I am addicted to purchasing bluetooth speakers and have several around the house plus Sonos in every room. However after only using a handfull of times the Xtreme 3 will not power on. I have done research and tried everything to remedy the issue but it will not power on.

    It was not what I expected given the reviews. The sound is louder and there is SLIGHTLY a little more base than the X2. However, when I compared the two and turned them on max volume and played the same song… the X2 definitely had the better sounds QUALITY. It was more balanced. Not as much bass. But the Treble and loudness over powers all of the sound on the X3. It’s not balanced at all. I returned the X3 and got 2 brand new X2’s for the same price as one X3. I’m more pleased with the sound quality with the 2’s. Additionally, the X3 does not feel as well made as the X2. The X2 I’ve had for almost 5 years! It’s been through some rough adventures and still holds up extremely well. The X3 feels a little on the cheaper side and isn’t as hefty and feel of quality like the X2. Snag 2 of the X2’s and you’re golden! Wouldn’t waste the money on this one. Stick to the X2 or go up to the Boom5

    Great little speaker. Not too heavy to where it costs me any weight against my luggage and great sound. I used it on my last cruise and somehow became the de facto DJ at the pool.

    It sounds great, easy to connect, and very portable. It seems very durable and the battery life seems to last a very long time. Not much of a warning before the battery dies.

    The speaker is loud, the bass is hits hard, the battery last a coo minute and it’s portable so you could literally take it anywhere. I would most definitely recommend it.

    Sound quailty is excellent. Functionality of tbe speak could be better. I do not think it is worth $350.

    got told it was loud but it wasn’t really what i expect … too quiet! also not even been a year and it’s broken, looks fine but it just stopped working randomly speakers sound so choppy and cut off

    The perfect gift for college kids. Christmas gift. The sound is amazing and the speaker is very portable for outdoor use. Beach, water mountains ! Yes!

    Had to return a speaker didn’t work

    Bought this speaker use in Best Buy and soon as in go to my house I tried to charge the speaker can it wouldn’t work so I have to go again to Best Buy for another one.

With the unit unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. You may also try a different cable or adapter, lastly, test on another wall outlet. If the issue persists, you have the option to return the unit within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. You can either return it to the authorized seller or contact us at (877) 871-6755 to request a return for refund.     Awesome speaker. Previously had the extreme 2 and this one is louder and just a lil heavier. The battery lasts longer than the older.
