    This portable speaker is loud,with good bass.I take it on the go when i go camping,to the park,outdoors.It has a good battery life.

    The sound quality was nice. But for the size, it’s just not loud enough. Returned after 1 day

    I expected to have better bass in the equipment but I was wrong. It wasn't what I expected.

    Great speaker. I love the strap feature, it has came it handy many times especially when taking to church get togethers.

    spotty blue tooth strength. wont stay connected to my iphone, MAC, or my samsung. battery life is also an issue. battery stays charged for 1 hour or less and dies without warning.

      We always recommend that there be a clear line of sight between the connected devices to ensure a stable connection with your Xtreme 3 and your phone. Please note that blockages like walls and other wireless signals can cause interference which can interfere with the connection also.     I had to return it as I was not happy with the sound. I can by another speaker for half the price and it will have better sound than this speaker.

    I was a fan of JBL because I own a Flip 5 so I figured I wanted a bigger one for the bedroom, the first one I bought I sent it back because it kept disconnecting from whatever device I was connected to, now the new one does the same every 5 minutes or so, never again will I purchase another JBL VERY EXPENSIVE PAPERWEIGHT!!!

      Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Xtreme 3. The costant disconnection from the speaker could be due to interference with other wireless signals. Please ensure a clear line of sight between the speaker and the source and shut down unused Bluetooth products nearby. Verify if the issue continues across different music applications and devices. You can also try resetting the JBL Xtreme 3 by Pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. while the speaker is powered on. If the issue continues, please reach out to our customer support team for more assistance. JBL

    The Xtreme 3 is high quality and the sound is great, however it will not pair with JBL BoomBox 1, so make sure you know before you buy. I am returning and purchasing the Xtreme 2 because they are saying that will work with the original Boombox. The Xtreme 3 will only connect with the Boombox 2.

      We're sorry to hear about what happened. Our JBL Xtreme 3 and Boombox 2 have PartyBoost feature. Only speakers that have the same connect feature can pair with each other. JBL

    JBL doesn't have an app with an equalizer like Sony does. Sound quality is decent but not adjustable. Their app only allows to add more speakers.

      You can always 3rd party equalizer apps from Google Play or Apple Store. JBL

    Loved the sound. My husband loved his gift, stopped charging alittle after the year. Super upset i didn't get the warranty. The JBL Customer Service is very kind and helping with partial credit.

    Used it once, tried to use it again a couple weeks later and it would not charge!!! My son in law has one and he thought it might be the charging cord. But the cord worked on another appliance. I also learned that I missed the return date by a couple days! I don’t want to return, I want an exchange…

      This is not what we want you to experience with our JBL Xtreme 3. If your speaker is not charging, please try another charging cable and power adapter. You may also try using a different wall outlet to ensure that the issue is not with the outlet. Sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air, and ensure that the power rating of the adapter is 2 amps or higher. For further assistance, please contact our customer support. JBL
