Normally their products are phenomenal, I’m not sure if mine just came defective or if they’re all like this, but my JBL speaker has had a lot of issues keeping a charge and the Bluetooth connection is quite troublesome. I can’t turn my back towards the speaker and not have connection issues to the point that the Bluetooth disconnects. The sound is amazing, but if it wasn’t for those issues I’d probably would keep the speaker.

I will be keeping this. I was having connectivity issues with the first one. Best Buy took the first one I bought back and I exchanged it for another one. So far it’s resolved.

I wish volume was louder!!! Took some time to sync to app.. but finally able to pair!!
