Get Warranty!

My husband loved his gift, stopped charging alittle after the year. Super upset i didn't get the warranty. The JBL Customer Service is very kind and helping with partial credit.

Even after adjustment with the jbl app there's no bass the volume levels are comparable to cheap speakers. If you dont like loud music volumes its for you but me i like to listen while working or in the house and hear from another room this speaker is not the one for that. Missed my return deadline because of work guess im stuck with it. My charge 4 is a stronger richer sound then this one and its half the size. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you're tone deaf.

Very Faulty!!!

My son in law has one and he thought it might be the charging cord. But the cord worked on another appliance. I also learned that I missed the return date by a couple days! I don’t want to return, I want an exchange…

The videos they show touting how loud this speaker is is not true. It is only a little louder than the Jbl Extreme 2. Not worth the upgrade.
