    It's cool. It's gets loud and has good base. But the charge 5 has a better sound quality to me.

    Poor bass quality. No lows only highs. It is certainly loud. Obnoxiously loud but without any bass what so ever. We purchased two. One for each of our bikes. Guess we’ll have to wait for something better.

    Okay at high volume level. At low level it’s garbage. Your better off getting the cheapest speaker they have or get the Charge 5 which will hold its own against this thing.

    Speaker easy to use , great size just not as loud as I thought it would be for size. That’s my only disappointment.

    Never got the item. Someone else pick it up. Called customer service. They could never help me !! Said I needed to dispute with my bank. Never ever buy at beat buy again. They r terrible and don’t have a store number !!!!! Never buy at beat buy again !!!

    I have been a big fan of JBL for many years but am very disappointed with the Xtreme 3. I have had it for a little over a year and only used it sparingly given the fact that I am addicted to purchasing bluetooth speakers and have several around the house plus Sonos in every room. However after only using a handfull of times the Xtreme 3 will not power on. I have done research and tried everything to remedy the issue but it will not power on.

    got told it was loud but it wasn’t really what i expect … too quiet! also not even been a year and it’s broken, looks fine but it just stopped working randomly speakers sound so choppy and cut off

    Had to return a speaker didn’t work

    Bought this speaker use in Best Buy and soon as in go to my house I tried to charge the speaker can it wouldn’t work so I have to go again to Best Buy for another one.

With the unit unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. You may also try a different cable or adapter, lastly, test on another wall outlet. If the issue persists, you have the option to return the unit within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. You can either return it to the authorized seller or contact us at (877) 871-6755 to request a return for refund.     spotty blue tooth strength. wont stay connected to my iphone, MAC, or my samsung. battery life is also an issue. battery stays charged for 1 hour or less and dies without warning.

      We always recommend that there be a clear line of sight between the connected devices to ensure a stable connection with your Xtreme 3 and your phone. Please note that blockages like walls and other wireless signals can cause interference which can interfere with the connection also.
