The speaker sounds good, but the battery does'nt last but about maybe 8 hrs. and connectivity spotty If bought on good sale ($299) maybe worth the price, but for MSRP, Not what you'd expect for a premium price. Lacks control features and trying to FF to next track is a bit cumbursome.

Excellent sound quality. I had the opportunity to compare with another brands (Sony SRSXB43) and this is the best. I think it would be a great idea to have a JBL app with EQ. Highly recommended speaker

Previous experience with JBL XTREME3 Black was the reason this was purchased. Sound is great and easily pairs with phones. Great deal on sale.

This is a very powerful speaker. I’m impressed with the power this speaker puts out. I work in the medical field and all my coworkers are I surprised by the clarity and the bass sound. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to put on a show.

I like the size, not too small and not too big. It can fill a room well and has that traditionally smooth bass from JBL. (I have the Flip 5 as well, which is great for travel).

So far so good I use it at home and my husband uses it for work sometimes. I love that it comes with the strap for easy carry.

This peaker is better than the xtreme 2 love it. Had to take one to work so i got a second one. The speaker is loud and sounds clear. Cant go wrong with jbl!

Great sound. Very clear nice bass. It is a little bulky to carry around but who doesn't like that feeling of the boom box on your shoulder at the beach

Performs way better than i would've expected for it's size. While it is a pricy unit, i will actually say it's worth it. And i like the fact that it's dustproof, makes it great for beaches.

This speaker has great sound. It feels sturdy on a tabletop or for carrying by its shoulder strap. The Bluetooth synchronization is easy to set up. Know before you buy that the only input is from a Bluetooth-connected device.
