The new rubberized grips at the bottom of the speaker may not please everyone, but that’s hardly a reason to avoid it. The speaker’s ability to charge other devices is handy for both you and your guests. Plus, the IP67 rating will bring you an additional bit of peace of mind at the beach or by a pool.

Mybe that is why there was so many open boxes at BestBuy.

I use this for my work van since there is no radio. Due to it being round-edged, whenever I brake or accelerate, it tends to roll. I've already ruined one charger because of that. Aside from that, it's a good speaker.

The videos they show touting how loud this speaker is is not true. It is only a little louder than the Jbl Extreme 2. Not worth the upgrade.

This thing works great. I feel comfortable having it outside, it also has the ability to be connected to our projector via aux for our outdoor movies. When the kids play basketball they bring it to the curb with them. It's a nice size and the quality of sound and durability is awesome. Battery life is awesome too.
