To determine if the problem is in the source device or the speaker, try connecting the speaker to a different device. If the issue persists, please do a factory reset by pressing and holding the volume (+) and pause/play buttons for 5-6 seconds while the speaker is On. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Just buy the extreme 2 instead

It’s not compatible with the extreme 2 also you can answer your phone on it. I bought this because two of my friends have the 2 and I wanted to sync up with them and didn’t find out until it was too late and I was out of the return policy timeline. Basically wasted my money

Poor quality at high volumes.

Over priced Under performed Disappointed regret

Not very loud. Ok sound quality. Nothing great. Expected better from JBL. If you’re going to spend that much might as well get the Sony speaker instead.
