My son got this for Christmas. We opened the box and read the instructions. We tried to recalibrate it. Then it died so we tried charging it. It will not charge or turn on. Taking it to bestbuy tomorrow because they are closed on Christmas.

My son love this Hoverboards so much it was devastating to return it. It was not complying with the app. It stuck in a downward position and stiff to move around. Appearance with light on is beautiful but we bought it to use not to view.

I bought this for my daughter in Mid-December. She received it around the holidays and it stopped charging within a few weeks of initial use. I supplied Jetson with my receipt, pictures, serial number and description of the issue. The responded by asking me to fill out a form... the form asked for pictures, a description, the serial number and my receipt. After a handful of days they decided to send me an email saying they would send out a replacement charger. Never mind that the charger doesn't seem to be the issue.. it has been another 10 days and they are still processing an order to send me a replacement charger. If the charger turns out to be the issue I will amend this post. At this point, it seems I made the mistake of purchasing a low quality product that is not backed by good service.

From the time we got it, it turns off sending you flying! Waste of money! It’s been a complete disappointment for my son! He’s too scared to use it now.
