But, the piece that goes over the ear gets pushed down and out of place by the helmet. But, the biggest problem I had was operating the functions. To do things you have to tap on the earbuds. Volume up= tap once on left earbud. Volume down = one tap on right earbud. Next song = two taps on right earbud. Previous song = two taps on left earbud. And so on. The problem I had was that it was not recognizing all of my taps. So trying to switch songs and I wind up changing volume instead. And if I tap harder it would turn off the earbud. Yup, the power button is on the inside face of the earbud. Tapping harder would push the earbud against my ear and the power would turn off. I returned the product after a couple of days trying to get used to it.

The touch sensors' sensitivity has also been downplayed. Amazing headset but . . . . .

But this headset is not type you would want to wear all day. Although it is comfortable, the comfort wears our after 2-3 hours. The ear clips are soft, spongy and bendable. They are more suited for workouts or shot period of time wearing. JLAB does make an amazing effort to make them as comfortable as possible with providing multiple, replaceable ear buds. They even provide some that are they memory foam type, which is awesome and the ones I use. I did have and instance where the ear bud came off and was stuck in my ear. Once you find the most comfortable ear buds for this headset, noise concealment is great as well. Through wearing them all day and workouts, this is a solid headset and worth the money. It comes with a charging case, concealable charging cable that attaches directly to the case. The case itself has a button on it the will give you battery indication of the case and when the headset sits inside the case, charging. The case is also small enough to fit in your pocket or purse. Solid headset!
