A: I only use the left one.
Q: Do the ear hooks interfere with wearing sunglasses while running?
A: I wear glasses full time and it does not interfere, they are still comfortable.
A: I have not experienced any lag on Netflix, Vudu or YouTube. I didn’t own the originals but am guessing the upgraded Bluetooth corrected the issue you mentioned.
Q: Can you sink the eairbud separate to use it one side at the time, can be the right side or left side
A: Hey JD, You may indeed use them separately from one and other. All you need to do is put them back in the case, remove the jlab listing from your Bluetooth device menu. Next, remove just the left from the case and put it into a pairing mode. Select the jlab listing in your Bluetooth menu and your set. Please note that when you remove the right one, it will automatically resume its role as the dominant bud. When you get a chance please reach out to us either via email [email protected] or shoot us a call at 405.445.7219 Monday-Thursday between 8am-5pm p.t & Friday 8am-3pm p.t if we can provide more detail. A: The audio/video sync works fine for me. iPhone user.
Q: Do the ear buds have volume and music control on them or do you have to use your phone?
A: They do have volume control. Pressing the right earbud for one second with raise the volume, and the left will lower the volume.
A: Yes, if buds are charged up , leave case at home as they operate independently from case, it is only for charging the buds.
