I bought these and only two months in the Micro usb connector to the charger broke inside the case. So I was unable to charge my headphones anymore. I tried to get replacement case through JLAB but they have been sold out for months. And they would not allow me to send them in so the case could get fixed.

Out of all the wireless headphones I have purchased through the years, these are by far the best. Quality is perfect for me. The self charging case is a big plus. After a full Charge they can play continuously for a Couple of hours. Well worth the price.

After wearing a little while it makes my ear vary sensitive to the touch. I can't leave them in long. The functions on them are good. When no music is on or when I pause the music there's a bussing that you can still here. I have to put them back in the charger to reset for the bussing to stop

I took mine back after a few weeks for the following reasons: 1. The battery last nowhere near 6 hours. I was lucky if I ever got over 4 hours. 2. The headphones would drop regularly when my phone on me, and they make you work way too hard to turn them back on. It really messes up your flow if you are trying to use them while training and competing. Just not reliable enough. 3. They are way to sensitive to touch with poor user experience. JLab has a great concept, but they need to improve every aspect. I took them back and went with Apple AirPods for comparable battery life, smaller charging case, and a more reliable product most of all.

These are very solid headsets. I loved the sound quality of these. The charging case was very cool. They are very comfortable to wear. My only problem was the touch controls. They didn't perform well at all. volume control is almost impossible. But all in all very nice. Call quality was great. These are definitely worth checking out if you are a runner or a gym nut.

I have had the earbuds for less than a month and I already have to send them back. The right earbud is now mute although the controls assigned to it still work. They are very inconsistent in executing the commands, I don't know how many times I inadvertently changed songs when all I was trying to do was adjust them in my ear. They are practically useless when answering the phone, as the other line cannot hear what I am saying without be talking extremely loud. I liked the idea of controls within the earbud but the practicality leaves much to be desired. I think I will go back to earphones that have the controls on the device and the ear pieces separate. I will update once I interact with the JLab customer service area.

These looked really nice fit well I unfortunately was not able to use them for long as I took my aunt to her chemo session and somehow left them at hospital. I’d give better reviews had I used them more than one movie :( !!!!!!

Good headphones for what they are capable of. I was seeking wireless headphone ear buds and these are a nice find. The fit is pretty good due to the ear hooks and they have various moldings to suit different ear sizes. The carrying case is a nice touch as it also doubles as the charging hub for the wireless earbuds. I have had some issues with constant connectivity while working out as the headphones do cut out a bit. My phone is usually in my pocket or Flipbelt while working out. It’s unfortunate that these don’t keep a solid Bluetooth connection but I am new to this type of product so maybe it’s just expected. Overall I liked these. Great for working out and can stay in place for the most part. The touch controls on the buds takes some getting used to and can be overly sensitive. Spend your money wisely on something like this and make sure it suits your active lifestyle for fit and for proper usage. I’m hoping mine last for a while and can keep using them on outdoor runs and while at the fitness center.

I got these for Christmas, the reception is good, I wish the battery time lasted longer, you can't make through an 8 hour work day without having to charge the ear piece.
