It was easy to pair with iPhone and seems to hold the charge well. However, the quality of the audio was very poor... while audible, it was not worth the price... I expected much better audio quality... if you’re okay with low audio quality, then this earbuds might work for you...

We are very sorry to hear of the poor audio experience. The Epic Air Elites, should put out nice, rich audio, at around 110db. You could very well have a bad unit. We do warranty these for two years.
