    Spiraled after 2 weeks

    I’ll start by saying these buds were pretty decent for about 2 weeks but they took a rapid turn for the worst after that. I was moderately satisfied with the sound quality but I knew I wasn’t going to get a premium sound when I made the purchase. Besides the fact that it took forever to choose which tip to use then not having anywhere to store the the others that I didn’t use for later,initially they were serviceable. After a few weeks of use the buttons went from sensitive to ultra sensitive. The volume level would randomly lower itself to zero. Pressing the right ear would bring it back up momentarily then lower again. I had to increase the volume on my device to stabilize it. The sensitivity caused me to skip multiple songs due to the 15-20 second delay. Then the right earpiece decided it no longer wanted to fully charge despite saying the battery was full. 17 minutes into the workout and everything shuts off. Then I have to turn on the left earpiece, which is still fully charged, and continue with one ear. All this is only possible if I don’t unplug the charging case........ever. I would charge the case overnight and unplug it in the morning. By the time I got off work, it’s absolutely dead. If you haven’t made the purchase yet....keep looking.

    Sound Quality

    Bought JLab ear buds going by the reviews. Big Mistake. Compared to my Skullcandy they sound quit bad. very poor bass with poor depth in sound. The imaging is just as bad with the same in stereo sound. My ear buds from my Ipad sound better. No wear worth the money. My skullcandy sound more like my B&W speakers at home. The JLab ear buds sound more like a old AM radio am radio.

    Horrible Bluetooth Connection

    These headphones worked great for about a week with no hiccups or anything, but after, the sound started to cut in and out. It did it 8 times in one song. I will be returning these headphones. The bluetooth technology is just not there right now to make these headphones work properly.

    Great for the 2 months they worked

    Stopped charging after 2 months. Terrible JLab customer service. Best Buy was much more helpful, even though the earbuds were supposed to be covered by a 2 year JLab manufacturers warranty. Best Buy = 5 stars. JLab = 0 stars.
