very good design and quality. Seems like these will hold up even with daily handling. Since this is my first pair of ear buds, there is a learning curve on wearablilty and comfort. Tuning the sound with the graphic equalizer + movie mode = a real pleasure. My challenge soon is to have the iphone experience tuned to perform so that the caller can understand me without frequent clipping and cutting out

easy to use, good battery endurance, pretty appearance wireless charging case is useful, however the short usb-a cable is not a reasonable design I can see some dust in the charging case of the brand new product, quality control of the manufacture can be better sometimes the earphone would disconnect for 1-2 secs, that would be annoying overall, it's still good enough for me even it has some issues

What a great little device! The earbuds are very easy to use and amazingly comfortable. I bought four (4) as presents; one of them for me. Charging, settling and using the controls are very simple. Sound quality is superior.It’s incredible the amount of features provided and the quality of the equipment is unsurpassable.

great earbuds, good price. They sound great, active noise cancelling works really well. very easy to switch it to allow ambient noise through. comes with both silicone and foam ear tips. sits comfortably in the ear and no discomfort with extended wear times. case is wireless charge capable.

I bought these mainly for work. Noise canceling is ok, it doesn’t fully cancel outside noise but that’s fine. ANC is interesting but I don’t use it, due to a mono like sound, when a pallet jack makes noise is kinda loud! Really happy with the 7-8 hour charge I’ve been getting on either bud (listing to music or podcasts during that time) while working. Super happy that it’s independent ear buds.

Purchased these for myself. I bought them on sale. I have not had much luck with previous wireless ear buds. These stay in my ears, they are comfortable, and they hold a charge for days. I listen to books or music while walking or cleaning the house. I love the magnetic case. Super easy to charge too.

I like the JLab products at Best Buy. These JLab Epic Air ANC True Wireless Earbuds are pretty darn good. Much better than I expected, as they cost less than what I replaced when I bought these. I was encouraged by a good friend to try the JLab earbuds when I was looking for a new pair of earbuds. I was a little skeptical at first because I associated price with quality, and that was a mistake. These earbuds are great. They are comfortable, good sound, the bluetooth connectivity is great and the the JLab's app has a good user interface and easy to use for anyone. I use these earbuds for a variety of things, including when watching movies on HBO Mas, Disney+, Apple+... and when out walking, and when I am writing and playing music with my digital pianos and my electric guitars. After having these earbuds, I then also bought the JLab wired and wireless headphones. Good products for a better price.

Very good, own several JLAB products and happy with their consistent solid design and build. The ANC is as expected on earbuds priced in this range; however, the sound and call quality is great quick connection to phone as well. If you are a fan of JLAB products, highly recommend, if first time purchaser you will be surprised by the sound and quality at a reasonable price.

So I love them and they do everything I need them to do…they do block out a lot of noise and the Battery life is crazy long…the only thing I don’t like is the case not a big fan of the leather I mean it’s nice and all but I would like to see something stronger..

Most surprised with this set of buds as I only heard about this from a recent The Verge video. Do try all the ear tips before judging them and I must say for the holiday season pricing these got; these are a great set of earbuds (especially when most ANC headphones normally cost in the 3 digit range).

I have bought the cheaper tethered blue tooth earbuds and have been incredibly satisfied with sound quality and battery life !! This is why I bought this more expensive pair - they pair instantly and the ability to tune out the outside world via Active Noise Cancelling is a real treat !!

fits snug and comfortable with the medium size tip, the sound is full and excellent while it can be tweak with the app equalizer for personal sound stage. the touch options work ok and accurate, while the battery life is amazing it lasted 13 hours plus on 60% volume and the anc off..

I was wowed when I opened the box containing JLAB's Epic Air ANC True Wireless Ear Buds! What a great looking charging case - one of the nicer ones I've seen. The JLAB ear buds are noise cancelling and come with 3 control settings to allow the user to choose to be totally noise free or to let some ambient noise in if desired. JLAB's smartphone app is used to adjust the earbuds' noise settings as well as 4 equalizer settings. JLAB Epic Air ANC True Wireless EarBud charging case provides up to 48 hours of listening depending on the settings you select and comes with a built in USB cord. The full noise cancelling setting reduces the amount of use time. The earbuds also work with both Apple and Android smart assistants and have infrared sensors to detect and pause when you remove an earbud from your ear, then continue to play once the earbud(s) is reinserted in your ear(s). JLAB provides a 2-year limited warranty. I thought the sound produced by these earbuds was a bit lacking in tone even after setting up different equalizer settings. The bass was not as deep as I would like and mid-range settings overpowered treble settings if set too high. The earbuds fit my ears nicely and stayed in quite well. (I did not wear the earbuds during exercise routines so can't speak to how they stay in when exercising.)

The JLab epic ear buds are very nice and a good price. Sounds great and there are enough different sized buds the they will fit any size ear. Sound is great but a little problem adjusting them on the fly. Good all around and 50 bucks a pair is easy to use for gifts.
