Q: Hi, i got my Jlab Epic Air ANC yesterday and wanted to pair the earbuds for the first time and the right earbud didn't turn on, didn't show blue/white LED, is there something that i did wrong?

A: I had the same issue and returned them .I did exchange them for a second pair and that pair was the same way so I contacted j ab and they sent me a pair but the battery life is only about 5 hour with ANC and AWARE turned off .I would recommend taking them back if you can and find a different earbud .

Q: Is there a way to increase the volume on these ear buds. Just purchased a new pair and not at all satisfied with the volume. Have downloaded the app and changed settings in the equalizer feature but still not satisfied with the volume.

A: Some music apps like Musicolet have a boost, but no. The lack of volume is as underwhelming as the lack of bass and audio quality. I'll be taking mine back tomorrow. I should NOT have to have $100 ear buds "grow on me".

Q: What type of compatible wireless charging pad should be used (e.g. 5W, 10W, 15W). Is there anything else about a compatible charging pad I should be aware of?

A: The charging case has quick charge capabilities. The wattage on the charger will determine HOW fast they actially charge. Usually a 10w will work fine, anything above that will tend to heat up the device being charged, so be advised on the higher wattage capacity chargers.

Q: Can you mute the mic from the headphones directly? That is, there is no need to go to the app (Teams, Skype, etc) to mute yourself.

Q: I bought this product at market and used it well. However, since today, I couldn't pair both earbuds at once. I was using leftone and picked up right bud later and used it, but only left was connected and right one was shown on bluetooth search result.

Worth every penny, finally I am happy. Jlab Nailed
Just superb, i have stopped using AirPods period I have few reasons why these ANC Pods have better battery and good fit and you dont have to say same thing over and over on the phone because calls are very clear. JLab need to focus on applications stability and controls, the touch controls are not great at all they are just usable I guess cutting these corners is not good idea because people will buy something else. Overall i am happy because they are not that expensive, they work really good, you can do everything you want to with them. Case and the cable all pretty neat some folks make fuss out of everything, a normal person need reliable and good Pods these pods does all of that like a breeze, If i have to compare these Pods they are reliable like Toyota, not fancy like Tesla.

A great buy
I gotta be honest in saying that I was all about your major name brands but these caught my eye. So I went for it and glad I did. I mean to get almost 12 hours of play time before recharging needed, having active noise cancellation (it might not be as good as the major brands but still works), and have an app to adjust them they way you like them blew me away. My only complaint which is why I couldn’t give it five stars is the charging cord that’s attached, sorry not for myself.

Ear piece for music but not for phone use.
I expected much better reception. The ear piece fits in my ear and doesn't feel uncomfortable. It works great for listening to music. However when I'm on calls the reception for those on the other end has been poor. I am on conference calls 5 to 6 hours a day and had to buy another ear piece because of the complaints from clients. I was told it was scratchy and goes in and out even when I am next to the charging basr. It is pricey for not being good quality. I would have returned but waited too long to do so. Not good for phone use.
