“Hi, i got my Jlab Epic Air ANC yesterday and wanted to pair the earbuds for the first time and the right earbud didn't turn on, didn't show blue/white LED, is there something that i did wrong?”

I had the same issue and returned them .I did exchange them for a second pair and that pair was the same way so I contacted j ab and they sent me a pair but the battery life is only about 5 hour with ANC and AWARE turned off .I would recommend taking them back if you can and find a different earbud .

Please try again later.No, when purchase the ear buds they have a little power but I would suggest allowing them to charge to full and then try them out again, also be careful how many times you tap for base, answering the phone ect...they are kinda sensitive but works for me.
