A:AnswerI had the same issue and returned them .I did exchange them for a second pair and that pair was the same way so I contacted j ab and they sent me a pair but the battery life is only about 5 hour with ANC and AWARE turned off .I would recommend taking them back if you can and find a different earbud .

A:AnswerProbably a defective product. I had the same problem with the left earbud. When I exchanged it for a replacement set, neither earbud nor the case would power on. I ended up exchanging again for a different brand.
